Q. What is the minimum hire term?

A. The minimum hire terms is 3o days.

Q. How do I pay for the hire?

A. Payments can be made by BACS or on account based on a successful credit check. 

Q. Is a deposit taken?

A. A deposit will be taken when a credit check is unsuccesful.

Q. Is the fencing insured?

A. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the equipment is insured after been signed for on site.

Q. How do I arrange extra panels?

A. If your fencing requirements change your invoice will be amended to reflect any changes.

Q. What happens if I over run on a contract hire?

A. You will be given an extra over hire rate in the event of the contract over running.

Q. How do I arrange a collection?

A. We require 7 days’ notice in writing and you will be issued with an off-hire number. If we are dismantling we will advise you of date.
If you are dismantling we advise a collection on the day of the dismantle to prevent equipment been stolen.

Q. Who is responsible when the equipment's been dismantled ready for collection?

A. You are responsible for the equipment up to the point of the equipment been checked and loaded onto the vehicle by our driver.
